it's a bit hard to believe, but SoapUI does not support OpenAPI 3.x.
See https://www.soapui.org/docs/rest-testing/openapi-swagger-support/ ; nothing has changed.
Since almost all APIs I work with are OpenAPI 3.x, I have switched to ReadyAPI.
