open source soapUI have few test steps

I download from  (http://www.soapui.org/downloads/soapui.html)   but only hav efew test steps , is it expected ? Can I import more test step method my manullay ?

That is all and normal. There isn't any thing that you can import.

However, it is possible to extend and write user defined plugins. 

If interested go thru this link. Note that is little aged and I believe that it is changed in recent versions. See this for some more details.
