No response for the valid Soap request

I have faced a concept that A request is sent with valid inputs in soapui, but there is no response,what was the correct reason to not get the response for a valid soap request ?? Can some one pleas...

With the available information, it is not possible to comment.

 

Have you checked the application logs if you are sure the service is running?
