Need Help Passing Property Values to JDBC Request

Hello, I am relatively new to SoapUI and have come across an issue with passing property values to a JDBC request. I have a set up a data source, using a grid with a property named 'Parameter'....

Don't include quotes neither in the parameters nor in the SQL statement.
SOAP UI will take care of quotes.
