mock some service operations

Hi,

I wonder if anyone knows if I can do this with the mock services feature. I'm mocking a service and I'd like some of the service's operations to return 'latin' as normal and some of the operations to pass through to a different URL endpoint where there's a 'live' service running.

Can this be done??
