Basically in any enterprise, the gateway would be there and we might need to go bypass only through entering valid proxy and credentials or the Security administrators should grant the rights/ exception to hit the requests. Please check the data sent by SoapUI through Fiddler and check whether the data looks expected!

Yes, it's too basic to understand where the gateway should be stand and what we should send. I used fiddler but If you want fiddler to listen requests, you should change proxy settings.

Yes correct, you should point the proxy to point Fiddler! I can understand your situation! Could you please share the error logs??!!
