JDBC Driver Properties not in Prefrences

When going to File > Preferences I am unable to see the JDBC Drivers Properties.

I am using the following version of SOAPUI 4.6.2.

Does anyone know if this option is available in the Open Source Version? If so could anyone guide me where I can set the Drivers.
