Is SOAPUI works for client server application?

Hi,

I am going to automate my client server application.
For invoking the application, automation tool must go the specific location to click the EXE, or it should be invoked from run command.
or it must invoke from Start>All Program>Application name.

Is this possible with SOAPUI opens source tool?
