Hi, your issue is that you can not download all the maven plugin dependencies
the Soapui repository is instable for a couple weeks, see viewtopic.php?f=13&t=19404
The only thing you can do is to rerun the plugin until getting all dependencies.
Another thing: some dependencies are not declared in the 4.0.0 plugin
