I am able to send and get response in SOAP UIbut when try to connect with code getting 404 erroR

I am able to send and get response in SOAP UIbut when try to connect with code getting 404 erroR

my wsdl is not directly access in browser as having some F5 security.

But when i try to connect with soap UI using endpoint in wsdl file , we are successfully connected.

but getting error on connection with java using same endpoint.

Please help
