HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error - While calling rest web service.

Hi All,   I am not able to hit a Rest web service from SOAP UI. The am able to access the service from other applications (like postman). But through soap ui, i am getting this error: HTTP/1....

I am also observing similar issue. My API is working using Postman but its failing from ReadyAPI. I am not getting any detail message, why its happening. Can someone please provide solution on this?
