How we can add 8583 protocol to SOAPUI?

Our compony have developed some bank services which use 8583 protocol. Now we want to test them by SOAPUI but any link and document we have found are inaccessible. Could ypu please help us and tell how we can extend SOAPUI in order to support the protocol?
