How to work with SoapUI OS and souce control?

Hi,

My team currently uses SoapUI Pro where the composite project feature is available. However the SoapUI Open Source doesn't have that feature. So I am curious how does your team work with SoapUI Open Source and source control. How hard is for the team to work simultaneously on the same project? Is it manageable at all? Is it possible?
