how to validate excel csv data which coming in GET Response

Hi  I m usuing soapui 5.2.1 free version where in my GET request i am getting excel report in csv data format so how i will assert or validated the same. E.g. below data is coming in respone in x...

I feel that the question lacks the clarity. Tell how you need help?

Here in the case, you need to first extract the text inside the "cdata" and use that as csv data.

Just i need validate response excel csv data through Assertions Options only

if i want to extract data then plz guide me
