Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately Using Native L&F does not fix my problem. The characters still read as either blank spaces or question marks.

Can you copy the text here? So that I can try? Is it possible to attach screen host after your changes?

Yes, I can do that.
When I paste the string into this textbox, the browser omits the special characters entirely. I pasted it into a text file, and attached it to this post. Using Notepad will not show the characters in the string, but using Notepad++ will.
The string should look like this:
Here I have set Encoding to UTF-8:
