What min and max heap size setting are being used? Try increasing to 2048m for max heap size and see.

I Had
Min: 128m
Max : 1024m
But I tried to increase to 2048m as you suggested, when I do this even SoapUI tool it self not opening.
PC:
My Total RAM = 32GB
Used: 9GB (for all)
- Can you please invoke it from command line and see what it says?
