Thanks for your response. Based on the link you shared i have tried below,

 

execute SID_SRCH.CUSTOMER_TEXT_SEARCH('23902072','1234','john','pistorio','1952-07-15','Vincenne','Indiana','47591','45454','4561237892',SYS_REFCURSOR)

 

error message
