How to Automate a response that has a contentType=text/plain;charset=UFT-8

Hi, I am woking on to automate some end points of micro-services that has three types of content type like application/json;charset=UFT-8, application/xml;charset=UFT-8 and text/plain;charset=UFT-8 .

So far I am able to automate  first two content types. But facing problem to automate the last one i.e. ( text/plain;charset=UFT-8 ) can anyone assist me by providing informations about:
