How do I do an assertion if it's OK that a result value is in between specific numbers or % of

How do I do an assertion if it's OK that a result value is inbetween specific numbers or % of. Say that it's OK that a value is from 4 up to 9.  OR that is OK that a value differ +/- 5%

Information provided is not complete. Nevertheless, you can try to use script assertion.

    Thanks for the reply. What kind of information do you need?

    I thought it was pretty clear. It's a Rest request. I get several results. The result kan vary and I want to Assert that it's OK that a number/result is between a specific number or a % of a result.
