How can I Retrieve IP Address, HTTP Headers of - SOAP/HTTP

HI 
I am new to SOAPUI, I am trying to test my WSDL service-SOAP/HTTP .
how do I retrieve the IP Address as part of my  Response in HTTP Headers.
