getting soap client exception unable to read response error in hpsm when doing integration

Hi Team,

We are doing third party Integration with HPSM and using SOAP UI APIs for creation,updation etc but when incident is raised then we are getting error as below. We are thinking may be it is occuring as SOAP version of HPSM is not coinciding with Web Service of third party tool version.
