external lib?

Hi,
I'm using maven plugin and external jdbc datasource. When I build the project, how to I add external lib in?
WARN  [DefaultSoapUICore] Missing folder [\workspace\testProject\.\ext] for external lib

    Put the jar file forthe Maven plugin into soapUI's jre lib\ext folder.  For example, for soapUI pro 3.5-beta1 put it in:
    C:\Program Files\eviware\soapUI-Pro-3.5-beta1\jre\lib\ext
