Is there a way to turn off the "Are you sure you want to exit" message when you close out Soap UI? I'd prefer to not to see that when I close Soap UI. Also, is there a way to have all my open So...

Hi,
You will get a confirmation pop-up message when you Exit SoapUI.
However, you can control whether saving is done at that time. Go to File->Preferences->UI Settings and you can control the "Save all projects on exit" option.
On the same preference screen, you can set the Desktop Type to "Tabbed"
