Error loading WSDL Unexpected element:CDATA

Hello - I've used SoapUI in the past to test integration, but still new at it.
Trying to create project for Microsoft Dynamics 4.0 I use the following URL
http://<server>/mscrmservices/2007/CrmServiceWsdl.aspx?uniquename=organizationName
(I replaced server name)
I can open this in web browser and I notice dashes before the tags, not sure if this is the issue.
Can someone give some guidance please.

    Looks the file is corrupted as it appears that the file content is copied from browser and saved which is why you see hiphen. Get a fresh file and proceed.
