Error installing soapUI-x64-no-bundle-3_6_1.exe

I got the below error while installing soapUI-x64-no-bundle-3_6_1.exe

c:\program files\eviware\soapUI-3.6.1\lib\policy-xmlbeans-1.5.jar
Could not create this file. Shall I try again?

I'm using Windows 7 and I ran the installation program as an Administrator.

Do you have any idea?

Also, what does it mean no-bundle in the name of the exe file?
