error in mysql driver

Hi i am new to soapui

i have configure a data source for mysql data base

but while executuing i am getting error


ERROR:java.lang.Exception: Failed to init connection for drvr [com.mysql.jdbc.Driver]

can any one pls help

mysql-connector-java-3.0.16-ga-bin.jar
mysql-connector-java-3.1.6-bin.jar

these two jar files are already present in soapuihome/bin/ext folder

    I believe they have to be in

    C:\Program Files\eviware\soapUI-Pro-2.5.1\jre\lib\ext

    Hi!

    no.. they can be in the soapui\bin\ext folder.. Do you see the jars getting picked up in the soapUI log when soapUI starts? Can you show a screenshot of your datasource configuration window?

    The issue got resolved now thanks for your support . The jar files are corrupted i think. After downloading new jar files . Its working now.
