Hi sun,
This is a nightmare!
Did you start eclipse with -clean?
If you did, could you try to download http://www.soapui.org/download/xbean-fixed-2.4.0.jar, put it in/plugins/com.eviware.soapui.libs_2.5.1/lib/ with the jar file and restart eclipse -clean?
