eclipse plugin error

I removed the org.w3c.dom classes, because they were in conflict with the xalan jar in the JRE. So either we get a class conflict, or a missing class. Very frustrating! I will try another solution then. Sorry for the time this is taking, but I have not been able to reproduce the error myself, so I'm shooting in the dark.
