Does free version of SOAPUI 5.3.0 support swagger and postman plugins?
Does free version of SOAPUI 5.3.0 support swagger and postman plugins? When I installed the free version it showed for a while under Project tab, now it is missing.

Yes. The Swagger plugin is bundled since 5.2.0 and the Postman plugin was added in 5.3.0. You should see the following menu commands:
File > Import Postman Collection
Project > Import Swagger
Project > Export Swagger
The plugin files should be in your user home folder:
<USER_HOME>\.soapuios\plugins\
