Connection reset when downloading from Smartbearsoftware maven repository

Smartbearsoftware maven repository seems to send connection reset during download for example file: http://smartbearsoftware.com/repository/maven2/com/smartbear/soapui/soapui/5.1.0/soapui-5.1.0.jar

This is causing problems to build maven projects that contains soapui tests due maven cannot continue download after reset received. Sama happening also with browser but it continues download also after reset received. Is there way to fix this?
