Cannot open my project file xml in soapui. Unexpected end of file in CDATA section

Problem resolved partially:

First i created a batch file to backup my project file periodically.

Second i found my project fiel renamed with tmp inside the file name.

I imported this file and it works.

But something is wrong and i was not able to find why i was not able to reload my old project file.
