cannot open attachement - BASE64 not implemented

I encounter on the same error.


Based on the stack trace I guess that it's an issue with DefinitionCacheType type definition. And below are my findings:

   
       
           
           
           
       
   


Error Log (stack tract is too big to past inline) is attached.

Repeatable on version 2.5.1 and 3.0 (separate and clean isntallations)
