Can the web services with binary xml communication be tested and how?

We are using on our project Silverlight 3 and its default binary xml communication to web services. I tried to make test scenario by SoapUI tool but the error message 'HTTP/1.1 415 Cannot process the ...

I am not a developper myself but I understand that this has to be coded using .Net library.

Does this implies that it will be available only to .Net client, I do not know...
