After 32\64 bit SOAP installation, after a while I get error with duplication of Soap windows

Hi everyone,

like i wrote in subject I have irritating error. After installation SOAP works as usual, but after a few actions i get somethin like below. 

- yes, it happened only under SOAP, nowhere else

- no influence from Aero, colour, resolution

- moving coursor cause duplication

- i have work to do and i lost one entire day for now:(
