Action for ultimate recipient is required but not present in the message

Maybe I must created a new topic, OK I understand I will add namespaces manually, I'm asking another issue,

I want to generate code with Axis2 by SOAOUI with in SOAPUI settings which I added, for example WS-A, TimeStamp, Username Token.

Is there a way to do this ?
