Action for ultimate recipient is required but not present in the message

Hi!

this sounds more like soapUI is sending invalid WS-A headers.. have you configured WS-A for your request? Do you have a sample working request that you can compare to soapUI's generated one (visible in the Raw tab after sending) to see what differs in the header?
