This WSDL also dont work because the endpoint is not valid
i used a other WSDL

Yes as richie has mentioned these two API are not working currently, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, so what i would suggest is either would search another WSDL or use the below calculator free WSDL for practice.

I think the globalWeather and currencyConverter webservicex.net .wsdls are no longer available for whatever reason as they dont resolve (i.e. you get a 404).
The following link includes the webservicex.net .wsdls but they cant be resolved from here either, however there are 3 other sample .wsdls available on this page that might help.
