Can anybody help with how to test using SOAPUI when the wsdl file implements UserNameToken and Headers?

Thanks for responding. I need 2 things: (1) How to test this in SOAPUI (2)
Generating the corresponding SoapHeader class in my PHP program. That's
where I will be actually invoking the web service.
