Works in SoapUI but shows Failures in LoadUI

Hello,
What determines whether a test case is a Failure. Is this an assertion it is looking for and is it configurable. I have some xml test cases that finish fine in soapUI but when I try and do a basic load test they all end up as Failures in the stats.

    I connected a table to the error output and it looks like it is having an issue connecting to the database. I resolved this in SoapUI by buting an ojdcb.jar file in the lib directory...however if I put the file in LoadUI lib it still errors out.

    [com.eviware.soapui.support.SoapUIException: Failed to init connection for drvr [oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver], connectionString [jdbc:oracle:thin:VIPER_TX/#####@twvdm:1521:vdev1]]
