AlumniStrange! I've heard about this problem but have never seen it, although I'm a Mac user. I recall that someone said that it's related to the runtime being confused by resolutions of Retina displays - do you have a Retina screen?
If this is the cause, you should upgrade to the upcoming 4.6.1 release of SoapUI, in which the runtime comes with Retina support.
