Where is support for SoapUI Pro users?

There used to be a board dedicated to Pro users and actual SmartBear people worked it and supported their customers. Is this no longer an option?   If it still exists does anyone know how to access...

    Please open a support ticket if you need immediate support using the link below.  Choose the product you are using such as SoapUI Pro or Ready API.
