Web Services soapUI Testing expert needed

I have a client in the Chicago area that I have been desperately trying to fill multiple contract Web Services/soapUI Tester openings and even though I find candidates with experience with it, they are all falling short during the interview process. soapUI Testers are a new area for this client and me for that matter, but I have a good feeling this is just the beginning of what I see as a major increase in the demand for these types of testers. Our client LOVES this product! I am looking for any help in sourcing these types on testers. The client has a .NET environment and wants someone who has extensive knowledge in all facets of soapUI testing including: Functional, Integration, system and regression testing.
Things they mentioned specifically were JDBC connections, Rest services, and expert SQL query experience. Any help would be appreicated.
