Vertical scroll bar scrolling fails sometimes

The vertical scrollbar doesn't work properly sometimes when adding a lot of new test cases and scrolling to bottom of case list. It scrolls almost to bottom of the scrolling area but in near of end it "jumps" up and down when trying to scroll with mouse wheel.

OS: Windows 7 64bit + SP1
Version: SoapUI Pro v4.5.1
