URL is Getting Encoded in my webservice ie '&' is '&'

Hi,
Please any body help,,,,
am working on webservice project & i need to append multiple querystring param in URL.
when i use '&' in url string...soapui is giving me '&'..which is making my work stuck..pls help...

    Hi,

    Are you adding your query parameters in the request view or are you using the url without entering in parameters in the request view?

    Am not adding it in request view...am generating url..ie in response..am gettin '&' instead of '&'.
    in request view am passing xml in cdata section..and am using SOAPUI plss help..

    Are you by any chance referring to a REST request query string?

    If so, the attached image talks about how to disable that encoding.
