URGENT: The DataSource test step [] is not in the DataSource Loop test step. (LoadUI Pro)

I have the datasource loop setup as always ... looping through a datasource step one row per iteration. Recently, I am seeing this error when running a test:

The DataSource test step [] is not in the DataSource Loop test step.

I have never seen this before. Why is this occurring? How do I resolve this?
