yes, try the following in your script:
// get the desired interface
def iface = project.interfaces["..."]
// the url to update from
def url = iface.definition
// update
iface.updateDefinition( url, createRequests )
The "createRequests" boolean tells if soapUI should generate default requests for new operations.
