the error you get is related to Schema Compliance Assertion only , so this is odd because Schema Compliance cannot be added to Invalid Types or SQL Injection security scan.
I tried to reproduce this by adding Schema Compliance Assertion on Rest Test Step that is used for Security Test but it works fine.
