Unable to run the Scenarios.

I try to create a project which have more scenarios and run all the scenarios through a single script from console. Each scenario is responsible for individual service. First i tried for single service using Load-UI. When i tried it in project level it works fine. But when i created a scenario for the same service it would not work. In window no request sent to the service. Please find the attached screenshot.
