Unable to launch LoadUI

Hello,

I am trying to launch loadUI in my machine but i am getting always the same exception.

I am trying to run on an Windows XP SP3 operating system with java 1.6.0_21. I am also getting the same error if the attempt to run is done using command: C:\Program Files\eviware\loadUI-1.0>javaws loadUI.jnlp
