Unable to enter data into form fields while using recorder

I do not know for sure that it is a bug but I have encountered it and apparently other users have too (see http://www.soapui.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8005&sid=6e8d2b91d43e04af8bd7a0cd1facc5fa and http://www.soapui.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=7884&p=22844)--when using the recorder I am unable to enter data into form fields on web sites. This seems to be independent of the form field attributes (it occurs with all fields) and occurs with Soap UI 4.0. I would be happy to provide any further diagnostic information on request.
